Who is responsible
Roverbravilo Audio Ltd, 27 Baggot Street Lower, Dublin 2, D02 W634, Ireland, company no. 751294, is responsible for personal information processed in connection with this website. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Browsing the website
Accessing a website makes technical information available to its hosting infrastructure, including an IP address, requested resource, request time, browser information and response status. Such information may be processed to deliver pages, investigate faults and protect the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable information website.
The site code does not include advertising, behavioural profiling, third-party analytics or embedded external media. Photographs and other page assets are served as local website resources. Following an external link makes a separate request to that provider under its own policies.
The local message tool
Information entered into the contact tool is processed within your browser to produce a plain-text preview. The tool does not submit the form, make a network request containing your message or store the entries in browser localStorage. Copy places the generated text on your device's clipboard at your request. Download creates a file on your device.
Your browser, operating system or clipboard synchronisation settings may independently retain information. Clear copied text and downloaded files yourself if needed. Closing the page removes the tool's active in-memory data, although browser session-restoration or autofill features may retain form values according to your settings.
If you email us
When you send an email, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate a correction or manage the correspondence. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining accurate editorial content; legal obligations may also require particular records to be retained.
Do not send confidential production material or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, follow-up, legal obligations or a justified dispute. We review continued retention according to purpose rather than retaining messages indefinitely by default.
Service providers and transfers
Hosting and email providers may process technical data or correspondence on our behalf. Access should be limited to what the service requires. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, applicable safeguards are required, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Email us to exercise a right. We may need proportionate information to verify identity and normally respond within one month, with lawful extensions where necessary. You may complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission or your competent supervisory authority.
Storage and changes
See the cookies notice for the storage behaviour of the site code. We update this notice when the processing described changes. The effective date identifies the version currently published.
